Tea

Tea plant (Theaceae sinensis) is a small tree related to camellia shrubs . In its natural state, it grows to about 15m tall, however, in commercial production, it is maintained at about 1.0 – 1.5m tall by regular pruning. It has a strong tap root and branching canopy. 


Calcium: 


Downward curling followed by appearance of small spots on the lower surface of young leaves. Calcium is needed to ensure good root and leaf growth, strengthening coffee tree structure and increasing productivity.  


Magnesium: 


Magnesium  has a positive effect on coffee yield Yellowing of mature leaves, inter venial chlorosis and premature leaf fall are the main symptoms of Magnesium (Mg) deficiency which can reduce productivity and quality Of Tea and coffee  by 30- 40% .

Magrica recommendation:

For tea: 75-100 kg per acre
For coffee: 75-100 kg per acre for coffee
For guarana: 1.0 kg per tree for Cocoa and Guarana

Coffee

Calcium is needed to ensure good root and leaf growth, strengthening the coffee tree structure and increasing tree productivity. It is required right through berry-fill. Magnesium  has a positive effect on coffee yield and supplies should not be limiting throughout the season.
